How to get to Sapa…

When you stand on the platform at Hanoi Station, a scent hits you first. The smell of oil, the unfamiliar scent of fabric softener from luggage, and a mixture of the unique tension and excitement of people setting off somewhere. Only when the platform slowly begins to recede does the reality sink in that "I am now heading to Sapa.".

I have traveled this road dozens of times.
